Baiya Qilan is a ‌ oolong tea produced in ‌ Pinghe county, Fujian province, China, known for its unique aroma and taste. ‌ 

The tea gets its name from the special process that involves picking fresh leaves and roasting them by hand under the moisture of early morning dew. 

This method allows the white Bud Qilan tea to retain its original green color and gives it its unique aroma and taste.
